Ahn Human Capital Consulting was founded in 2020 with the premise that every company should have a dedicated personnel to assist in building the brand and culture of their company, in addition to all of the other “fun HR things” that come with it. After spending 14 years in the HR field, Founder and President of Ahn HCC, Haynie Ahn, realized the key to success in any business is driven by the employees’ dedication, competence and pride in their work place. That all begins and ends with their employment experience at your firm. The goal of Ahn HCC is to be THE minority/female owned business to provide you with solutions on how to maximize the strengths of your employees while continuing to stay compliant with labor laws and minimizing risk. We want to introduce the full scope of The HR Circle of Life and allow you to pick the plans that work best for your business.

Ahn HCC is committed to providing a wide range of Human Resources guidance and support to effectively run your business. Human capital is your company’s greatest asset and we are ready to breathe life into your company by helping you maximize your employee’s potential.

About Haynie Ahn, Founder and President

Founder and President of Ahn Human Capital Consulting, Haynie has over 14 years of progressive Human Resources experience, specifically in the hospitality industry. Haynie has served as a Human Resources Director for large corporations such as Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Viceroy Hotel Group and Marriott International, to name a few, focusing her efforts in the luxury travel sector. Haynie also has almost 10 years of union experience, having gone through grievances, mediation and union negotiations. Due to her experience with major luxury travel companies such as Forbes Travel Guide, Haynie has an increased passion and an eye for detail, in addition to personalized service. Having worked in major cities such as Boston, Philadelphia and Los Angeles, Haynie has a penchant for staying abreast of changes in State and Federal Labor Laws.

In 2020, Haynie decided to start her own consulting company because she wanted to introduce the full scope of Human Resources to companies that did not necessarily need a full-time HR team to run the business but still needed an effective and efficient partner to manage passionate employees in a company. Being a female minority in the world of business, Haynie, being a first generation Korean-American, enjoys bringing diversity to organizations and understands the value it brings to a company. She speaks, reads and writes both English and Korean fluently.
