Update on CA COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave Notice

Updated on April 24, 2020, the California Labor Commissioner is now requiring a new COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave Law posting for food sector workers specifically. This updated poster is applicable to employers with 500 or more employees covered by the Industrial Welfare Commission (Wage Orders 3, 8, 13, and 14), and Health & Safety Code section 113789.

All employers are required to display such notice where employees may easily read it and if your employees are currently on furlough or for on-call/part-time associates that do not frequent the workplace, these notices must be electronically distributed.
